Mariangela Valbuena 

Hola! I'm Mariangela Valbuena, a graphic designer from Venezuela. Since I started to develop my artistic side, graphic design has always caught my attention because it is the perfect mix between creativity and problem solving. When I joined the design program at Century College, I was able to develop strong skills using programs such as illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and most Microsoft suits. 

My specialty? I have experience in logo design, brand identity, magazine layout, packaging and printing methods. During my time at Century, I have worked as a graphic designer for the school's magazine/newspaper and also participated in the design of marketing materials for Grad Expo 2024. 

When I am not designing, I love to spend time cooking any kind of food, especially for the people I love, I also enjoy dancing (I can dance to the happy birthday song) and riding horses. I really can't wait to see where this path will take me but I'm sure I will enjoy it!
