Betty Foreman

Hello, I'm Betty Foreman. Originally from Dallas, Texas, I relocated to Minnesota in 2021, accompanied by my faithful companions – dogs and reptiles in tow.

While my childhood passions leaned towards art and crafting, my academic pursuits led me down the path of science. I earned my associate degree in science in 2014 and furthered my studies in ecology, behavior, and evolution, supplemented by a minor in marine science, during my time University of California at San Diego.

Navigating through a few health challenges prompted my move to Minnesota, where I dedicated myself to my health. It was during this period of recuperation that I discovered my affinity for graphic design. Beginning my journey at Century College in the fall of 2022, I have since honed my skills in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Excel, and Adobe Photoshop, while also delving into the core principles of graphic design, from conceptualization to execution.

Looking ahead, I'm eager to merge my graphic design expertise with my passion for science, as I embark on my journey toward obtaining a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree at Concordia College in St. Paul, commencing in the fall of 2024.
